Called Sales Office just now & a malay speaking lady told me to register & wait for ballot. But never told when would be the balloting take place.

Dear All,
It is indeed worrying that the developer has dragged the SPA signing for so long. Is this common practice? Is there increased likelihood that they may abandon this during construction. As a first time house buyer this is setting off alarm bells. Any others have the same concern or is this a reputable and trustworthy developer? |

I got the same email as ceveori. But I'm having a hard time to locate the address in google map. Google is bringing me to Pusat Perindustrian Puchong instead of Kinrara. Can anyone enlighten where is this location exactly?
