hi all...i know i might be a little late to join the game for Rimba..just thought of asking...
is there any units still available? how does the ballot system works? IF i got selected, i need to pay how much immediately? and what happens if my loan not approved? is registration for the ballot still available? |

went to the sales office...was told 'not yet launch' ?????
dunno why the SA telling me that, maybe he feel i wont be able to get one anyways...but at the same time indicated to me est sell price rm450psf any updates from anyone who's more familiar with this is much appreciated. |

Not sure if this is for balloting units. Last i heard, the discount won't be there, but i am not surprised of some increase. However, pushing it to 100k increase is way too much.
As for those sold internally, lots of folks already got the paper work done with bank for mortgage approval. It would be disastrous to review this pricing again for these guys. Would definitely piss of the bank and confirmed purchasers. |
