I think the price already confirmed and had been sold at least 95%( exclude the 32 units for ballot ) on the second week of invitation launch.

Heard the balance units are not much left. Even garden units left 2 or 3 units only.

Not sure if this is for balloting units. Last i heard, the discount won't be there, but i am not surprised of some increase. However, pushing it to 100k increase is way too much.

As for those sold internally, lots of folks already got the paper work done with bank for mortgage approval. It would be disastrous to review this pricing again for these guys. Would definitely piss of the bank and confirmed purchasers.

Ballot units increase RM 30k. After ballot, all units increase RM 100k.

how this increase of RM100k works? because after balloting, all units are considered sold, unless the developer increase RM100k for all units upon signing S & P.....or this RM100k is only for those release of loan rejected units?

Why need to wait for balloting... Outside still got agents selling. I believe some forummer here must know some agents that can help u if you really want to get a unit.
