I read it earlier. I think it was your post.

Not sure whether Knox people are professional or not, because I felt, the products sell itself, not their SA.

But I don't get it what it means by floor unit changed? You mean the layout totally changed or garden size changed and they used this reason to request you to cancel with your write in a letter ... They ruin their own image actually ...

Can't understand why they suddenly cancel people's unit ... but that's the pro and con to book a property from project without AP & DL, where money was went to the stakeholder and if we cancel, we can get back full refund ...

Come to think of it, it really doesn't matter that much on the floor height. It is still facing the sloping forest. Not like we can see across the horizon because it would be blocked.

True, true...

for me, a bigger unit like Type A facing forest for a bigger family is the my preference. Though not necessarily that i am moving my family there. I did think about the extra lanai of B3, but for me, usable family space is more important.

I prefer middle floor or above, facing pool. Type B is my preference since A is too big for me. Kinda like C1 but the masterbedroom's 150 sq ft long lanai is too big and for me, half of the lanai would be isolated space. Either swap the double lanai for the additional maid room. B4 looks good but price point is bigger issue.

I know that RR concept is forest reserve view. But as the development scope n scale is too small, therefore not a huge land for landscape and worry the night viee of the darky forest.

Not easy, unless you aim for Type A ...

Tower 1's 9th floor and Tower 2's 9th,10th and 11th Floor combine of 32 units ...

The ballot probably would only invite those VIP and those selected existing clients ...

Technically, you can't apply yet when this project hasn't received the AP. You can start your personal mortgage qualification check first to save time and reduce the risk of bank giving you surprises.
