Indeed, i would love to stay in condo with forest view, can reduce stress level. Better than condo with golf course view. But will the reserve forest stay forever? It looks like become smaller and smaller as days go by due to housing development ...

The developer is not sincerely selling to market, they sell it to internal people/investor for flipping. We public should unify and boycott this project, and totally boycott this kind of developer, they are not sincerely building and selling the house to people who want to buy it for own stay. They sell it to flipper and let flipper sell it to actual buyer. We should not encourage this type activity or this way of selling. Boycott this developer and this project!!

With more than 80% sold, only two ways to buy ... First pay higher price and buy unwanted leftover unit ... Second pay even higher price to buy subsale lo tongue.gif ... I think many people are smart to make decision whether to buy or not lo.

Ya, no doubt, WTF has more taikos there and they post more there than here. Even the famous ttttk FR name his book WTF, i am sure he is related strongly with the website. I am also sure you are also one of the tttk there. tongue.gif

I am puzzle about one thing, not sure if you got answer to it. Why so many are so confident with knox? Can they really deliver? Franckly speaking i know nothing about this knox.

If this project developed by ioi, berjaya, sime, or any other company that has good track record ... I believe people are willing to pay more also. It is 500k or more money involved, not 10k or 20k. Maybe many are tttk, 500k is just to little.

Because they are new they will build a quality project? Is this their first project? If so, hhmm how could they build quality home when they got no experience at all.

They way the sell is like MLM, direct link buyer(company staff, directors, vendor) get the cheapest unit and best unit. Second tier connection ( friend of compay staff, directors, vendor) get to choose later, third tier connection friend of friend of company staff, directors, vendor etc get to choose after second tier, and so on last tier public no link get to choose last and pay most hefty price for lousiest unit, or buy from first tier second tier third tier. In this case , it proven to be a good strategy as it got more than 80 percent sold.

Imagine, if all the developer do the same way .... Or majority of developer use same strategy to sell, i would like to wish good luck to those who is still haunting for the roof over their head ...

Knox is new but ppl behind is not.. having construction experience for more than 10 years.. Maybank is their bridging financing..

Yes, Trinity might has done a good job on Zest. But their first project the Heron the feedback is not so good. I am not in property line and not connected as well, so I couldnt find any information on this knox. Otherwise I wont ask here. Hope somebody can share more on who is behind it? I read from WTF mention Dato xxxx who I dont know, maybe he is famous in contruction ....

Congratulation on your ytl reed purchase. Anyway cant compare this with ytl. Reputable developer wont be doing this. Imagine only 20% of reed units available during balloting, others are for friend and family of ytl and ytl exclusive agent. Imagine only 20% of temasya units available for balloting. Others are also for friend, family of inp and their exclusive agent ....

Why need to wait for balloting... Outside still got agents selling. I believe some forummer here must know some agents that can help u if you really want to get a unit.
