Try outdoor instead? It happens only indoor right?

I see your pix are all indoors... my hypothesis is that the lights are fluorescent lighting which flickers at 60hz, so at higher ISO you use higher shutter speed and you capture different lighting each time.

I tried outdoor also. same problem.

Really? That's odd. Try this:

Fluorescent lighting : shoot at 1/60, cause that's the cycle the light flickers (or 1/30, that's half cycle). Keep on shutter priority.

If outdoors same prob, try with a different copy of the lens. I am not sure how you get the cast problem.

ISO should not affect like that lo... unless your camera sensor having issue, only happen on that wide angle?

Could it be amp noise? Perhaps a long-ish exposure at high ISO with the cap on and the rear viewfinder blocked will reveal that? But if it really is amp noise that bad, you gotta send it back.

Tried with the shop D5100 as well.. Same problem.

I think i will go test the 10-24 mm and see if there is this problem...

sinceu tried it with a diff body and same issue, then perhaps there is some issue with the lens aperture blades?

but really, no one here can solve a issue like that.

Don't know if the exterior casing can become deformed because of overheating but I did experience the D800 becoming very hot after shooting 400+ shots continuously in Bangkok in half an hour. Not hot to touch but definitely hotter than normal like after putting the camera in the car under the afternoon sun for 1 hour.

Nice find. I thought the 300mm f/2.0 was the most expensive Nikkor.

Between the two, the 2nd one. Highlights a little overblown on the first one. But overall, a more moderate / less aggressive HDR would yield better results and look more natural / pleasing to the eye.
