if BT to MBB, roughly how many working days for them to process?
Do they use IBG, or cheque?

call cs they said just received yesterday, should be clear this friday. have to pay first to avoid late fee

need to wait statement from my bank before can perform the Maybank 12 months free BT.

Can I BT from AEON CC which itself has BT repayments to another CC like MBB2Amex to enjoy the 0% for 12 months?

anybody knows how the balance transfer procedures for maybank?

let's say i'm going to do balance transfer from aeon to maybank. so after they receive the attached statement of aeon, will the maybank staff call to aeon to confirm the name, cc number, or amount in the statement before proceeding to do the balance transfer?

asking this because if i only attach page 2 of aeon statement (it only show cc number without name), so we can do balance transfer to other people?

has anybody received any calls following the BT application to MBB?

just to update, PB BT to Aeon approval and appear in system only 2 working days, fund appear in target bank in 5 working days, not bad!

from the MBB t&c, we need to round up to the nearest hundred?
e.g statement amount is RM2,716, we round it up to RM2,800 to BT?

How do they count the interest, lets say if i have also unpaid retail transactions.

Say if I BT RM5000 to Maybank card, so monthly is roughtly RM416 for the BT repayment.
But i have also unpaid balance on the card say RM1000.
And i pay RM600 for that month.

The balance will be treated as normal retail interest is that correct?

why cannot round nearest? must round up? i actually have a feeling round down is more likely. tak faham.



darn, i just realise my insurance is due in april, this promotion is until march. aiks...

same thoughts, but then again it would be so inconvenience for customers to do BT, yet still need to pay small outstanding amount to the origite bank.

for ur insurance, if its AIA, you can go to branch to do advance payment, and i believe it's simialir for others. better call ur CS to check.

why attach page 2 instead of page 1?

because aeon statement page 2 doesn't state the name.

anyway, i think mbb will contact aeon to cross check, so nevermind...
