Bloating can be induced, by using till 0% then charge till overcharge eg .  b4 sleep n off the charger when wake up. within 3 weeks i think the batt will bloat with beer belly d. Anyway after it swell a bit, it will keep bloating. Not recomended la cause it destroys the phone.
Damn, this is exactly what i did after work tongue.gif.
What the original battery price?
And any recommend 3rd party battery to replace it? (like sun global)
Thanks.

I'm using one with 2000mah Ienergy brand, bought frm Tech gaga in March. so far so good. but I'm stiill testing if theres some decline, recently installed some new apps and battery life seemed to drain faster. batterys abt 11 hrs with mix of game n surfing. with 3g barely any drain if left idle.

To prevent over charging , for i will off the phone and charge it for about 1hr+ and turn it back on off the 3g n charge usually will be full by the next half hr. unplug and leaving it that way usually have 90-95%left by morning time. The challenge here is remembering to turn the phone baxck on

Seems like wonder tend to have this problem. My roommate and I are using the same hp, but he's using the stock ROM while i flash mine most of the time. Last year his battery bloated and it wouldn't even last a quarter of the day with normal usage. Mine just recently become bloated but not too severe as I always check my battery temperature, now replaced with dunno what model (1500mAh) but looks similar to original ones.

Anybody's turning 3g data on all the time? what is ur battery lifespan? btw i'm still using cm10 alpha7+hurtsky 2.0 kernel

how to check warranty via sms for umobile??

hi, Wonders

after install " Cow In Black OC - 1.8ghz rom" for my wonder, it run nicely for almost 1 day( still in default mode in 1.4ghz only, have not run in 1.8ghz yet), but today at noon, the phone suddenly turn off & on repeatedly and after i take out the battery turn it on again, it will show the Samsung word for a second and off & on again in loops. Same goes to charger when plug in the usb, it will show the battery Charging logo for a second and off again in loops

try to go to recovery mode but the phone just will on & off in loops with the Samsung word ( not the Samsung logo with the ring & sound ) but it can go in download mode without on & off repeatedly.

flash back to original rom (md5 files) via odin v4.43 and odin flash like normally but without the green pass, only show reset and massage shows " close serial port & wait until rebooting."

when i try to on the phone, still it will turn on & off in loops.

what can i do?? is the phone brick???

pls advice

When odin showing the message 'close serial port and wait until rebooting', did you wait for it to reboot itself? Or you did but the phone just won't boot up at all?
Try reflashing stock rom (XXLM8 is the best) via odin.
Probably soft brick and bootloop.

hello

have use galaxy w for 1 year++. now got problem

the battery drain like drink ice tea. everyday have to charge. before this, it can stand 2 day half.
my usage daily are basic. most of time make calls 2 or 3 times and sms-ing 4 to 5 times a day. seldom on wifi. when on wifi, just check fb and whatsapp for 10 minute then turn off. very seldom use packet data. only used when really really needed. very very seldom use heavy apps like papago. the rest of apps also seldom used like games, note, calendar etc. my galaxy w is super basic from start use until now. no rooted at all

i've try update os if new update can solved it but it says up-to-date. how do i solved this problem?

most likely the battery needs changing already, if by all means, get a new one. Shouldn't cost more than RM60 for a replacement and from your usage pattern, a higher mAH rating would benefit you more
