Guys, what are the differences between A77VL and A77VQ? any ideas? Think both of them comes with the 16-50 f2.8 lens right?

rah@ : There's is no right or wrong. And different people have different tastes. For me, most times I go with gut feel. Compose, shoot and then check and see if it's ok. That's the greatest thing about digital photography - INSTANT FEEDBACK! If it's not quite right, adjust and shoot again. Of course it helps to have the basics of compositions in mind, like rules of thirds and leading lines etc.

Gouki : No worries! Just shoot and shut them all up with your pictures! Technical specs are just technical specs. It all depends on the person using the tool. Give the A77 to a monkey and it most probably cannot take a decent picture to save its own life!

sugaring : Eh? Why the flare? Would have preferred it without the flare.

Officially, the A77 has never been bundled with an 18-55mm kit lens before. So, I highly doubt your info. Even if it did, you're better off without the lens, it's nowhere near capable of having the resolving power on a 24MP sensor.

The trigger hot shoe can only be trigger by same type hot shoe. In this case, Sony camera will not able to trigger the Atlas

Err, your best bet is.

Get the converter head from standard to sony and sony to standard.

The connect the converter to the flash and the transmitter to your body via the converter.

It should work.

I tested it only on Atlas, though.

ya lor. mavericksam@ you may direct check with the seller, that is most easier. for me not a big deal if both model are 1650ssm, just pick one as long as same amount price tag smile.gif

some other thought that not mking any sense - nstc vs pal; japan made vs china made; may be just purely typo error laugh.gif

cannot say like that one. i think such package exists. even the a65 and NEX 7 using the same 24 megapixel sensor also bundled with their respective cheap kit lens what.
