eddy, to learn to see a good photo, u have to learn several photo elements,
1. emotion, the photo doesnt emphasis on emotion since its not potrait, so its okay.
2. colors, colors can portray emotion, color used is light, light sky, light ground(soft brown) to tell slow and smooth...
3. contrast, strong contrast on the human shows, well, many human busy with action, strong contrast usually show crashing element, activity, busy little humans.
4. Texture, is what u get from contrasts too, the first photo has very bad angle and crashing of texture(trees and buildings), causing conflict in direction. picture 2 and 3 has better harmony of texture
5. Shape: which, u have to remove emotion(people), color(errrm), contrasts(shadows), texture(trees) to see.

now, let me know, which shape is the most harmonious to you? that is your best photo.

you see, the composition for the first pic is stuck half way, telling no story. the soft skin(was it celled teal? or peach color?) color is not connected properly, no repeat feature.
picture 2, has a little contracting feature, point to left then turn right then up.

rah@ : There's is no right or wrong. And different people have different tastes. For me, most times I go with gut feel. Compose, shoot and then check and see if it's ok. That's the greatest thing about digital photography - INSTANT FEEDBACK! If it's not quite right, adjust and shoot again. Of course it helps to have the basics of compositions in mind, like rules of thirds and leading lines etc.

Gouki : No worries! Just shoot and shut them all up with your pictures! Technical specs are just technical specs. It all depends on the person using the tool. Give the A77 to a monkey and it most probably cannot take a decent picture to save its own life!

Hi guys, I've googled can compared on sony website, i can't find the different of HVL-F42AM and HVL-F43AM. As their price are same on the website too.
and how about HVL-F56AM and HVL-F58AM?
currently im looking for second hand flash, so finding information about these..

Can't find the difference??!! Why all the specs are almost the same for F42 & F43 except for the most important fact that F43 has got the COBRA ACTION !!!!!

If you are comparing the F56 and the F58 then forget the F56 and get the F58. It will be worth the extra money just for the COBRA ACTION alone!!! Trust me. Once you go cobra, there is no going back!
