This condo area imo is one of the best in Puchong. I'm currently living at a landed house @ Jalan Tempua area and i have 1 unit at La Vista condo. The good thing about this area is you literally skip all the jam and there's a shortcut to go through LDP. I'm waiting for the right timing to try and grab one.

But the package now is very attractive and zero booking fee till 28th May 2020, nothing to lose.
But of course it's up to your thought of the right timing, as everyone have own justification of right timing for property asset, just like stock market - dare to buy at low or buy high sell higher? Hahaha, macam lari topik pula |

I very keen on sky puchong for own stay but may be in two or three years time.
