From the map, it looks like lower floors of Sky Condo Block D will be blocked.

Looks like it's another development by IOI property group

Which block u at? Is it noisy from the construction site?

I bought a new unit at Block C.

Kind of angry with IOI as they refused to inform the buyer when we make inquiry about the new construction site.

If this new project got 34 floors, confirmed view blocked partially or fully for Block C, D and E (any units < 15)

So far I went over Sky over 30-40 times, so far no smell that I smell of lah, maybe a Tower C North facing owner could clarify more accurately, hahaha

In my opinion, the facilities area considered very large if compared to other condo. I think should be more than sufficient because not many people using it. There are two pools, one for kids and one for adults. The adult's one is 1.5 times the size of olympic pool. Each block has a garden and total of 14 sky lounges in this condo.

ya, should be olympic length 50m, but width is not olympic pool width, slightly narrower.

probably if 1.5 times is including the length of the wading pool, as the children pool actually also quite large, like a small water theme park
