Anyway, most probably I not looking into this if this is Soho. Somemore another LH product and located at Seri Kembangan. Not keen on it and enough of LH. Seeking for FH next.

KP just my standby, probably will let go one if I found another prospect this 2 months.

I also want ask bro here who got good kang Tao and recommend me.

Such a big turn if use SKVE, better look at East Lake or The Zest !!
If work at Cyberjaya, better buy there. It has changed a lot.

agree. many access in terms of the land development area.
yes. live like suburban but yet not so far going to city or anyway. and some more equip with all the amenities which easy to access to (not packed and no traffic jam). we have giant and jusco which is very convenient (no need to looking for carpark) for buying basic household needs. when wanna buy for fancy and branded stuff then got to travel to mid valley, klcc or sunway. looking forward the upcoming IOI city mall, wish it will be like these mega malls selling branded and fancy stuff.

using 3 element as an indicator..

3 element (they promote as puchong but its so near to equine) selling 800 SOFO unit, from 255k to 367k. BU 504sqft to 1131sqft... smallest unit seems 500psft..

If small size, the pricing Psf would be higher.

Most probably RM 400 psf or more. But I would still think it's on high side and if at RM 500 psf, it is super high side.

true.. usually smallest units has the highest psqft price.. on average, should be somewhere around 400psft..

Hmm. In my opinion, RM 500 psf for LH status at SK, is kinda overrated pricing. Very expensive although the RM 250k price tag is reachable and looks low to make an entry.

i think trinity has a good buy. certainly better location than ZR in Old Klang Road. just directly opposite aeon seri kembangan. next to aeon will be tesco!

I think the greater issues to me is that people haven't quite digested the idea of having to stay in pigeon holes in SERI KEMBANGAN (!), whereas if it is JALAN SULTAN ISMAIL they would be perfectly OK with it.
