guess the lower absolute price due to the smaller sqft will still causing bbb for this project...

if selling 2 rooms below 200k, everybody cheong liao

indicative price is 500psqft

build up from 500+sqft

means roughly 250k for 500sqft

covillea is covillea condo supporter ma...somemore covillea condo n ZR will be competitive in future, especially when jalil city n lai meng school build near to ZR...

the reason it cant be high end because its under berjaya...u see able to see the final product to compared each other later...

if this is the price, one word-->grab!!
