I think should not nore than 330 psf due to no demand as most existing residents going to move out once condo in Cyberjaya completed. The worst is the traffic. If u stay at equine and work in KL, good luck to you. Minimum 1 hour for you to reach bukit jalil highway.

In view of the location, the zest subsale is much better choice !!

Such a big turn if use SKVE, better look at East Lake or The Zest !!
If work at Cyberjaya, better buy there. It has changed a lot. |
