Earlier they mentioned 3pm will launch Block A, but till 3.30pm still no news...Perhaps they drag it till tomorrow?

According to one SA, Studio will not launch so soon as they are still finalising the package either provide a empty unit or fully reno (including kitchen cabinet, plaster ceiling, fridge, machine wachine, stove, bed, aircond...etc exclude accessories), basically as what you see in the show unit...

Block B was launched this morning at 10AM. Over 100+ buyers Q-ed and its all SOLD OUT.

At 3:30pm just now, I received SMS that Block A also open for sales.

Can anyone share the pricing for Block A?

Pricing for Block B for 2 bedrooms is about 367K. Bigger units at RM400/sqft... max size about 1400sqft.

Actually Block B was launched Tuesday ago to only Business Associates. Today is official launch to public...

madness... despite people complaining on the sky-rocketed property price.. They are still being sold madly.... There's no way property price is going to go down at least for some time.

I purchased another one nearby 1238sqf @ RM 370k last month as I didn't expect this will be cheap already.

When the Block A lauched, there were huge crowd queuing up at the reception, i believe even Block A will sell like hot fresh pancake. Going again tomorrow to see the Block A stickers board!

block A launched ald..facing better than block B i think but more expensive

yes, block A launch around 4pm I think more than 50% gone when I leaving around 5:20pm that time

They don't show the price on the board, you need to enquire...

Happy that i manage to get 1 unit in block b. Anyone can firm the price of block a compared to block b.
