Yes, DOVER is the brand used by Sutramas Apt by IOI. Most of the time, 1 of 2 not working...

Hi all, anyone knows the entry and exit of MEX expressway from Jalan Putra Permai. Both entry and exit from the opposite side (ie heading from SK old town area)?

I read somewhere from the internet that a diamond interchange will be built.

hi guys.. i have question..
since the bank already billed on our loan account..
but under DIBS, is it we dont need to worry abt it?
or how do we ensure developer pay the interest before the due date so they we wont be charge on late payment?

any clue? i totally have no idea on this.. =/

You will receive monthly statement from bank. Just follow ip with developer if they are late in payment. Any charge on late payment should be borne by them. Its important to monitor yr statement

hi guys,
noob here so need your advise...

i just got a letter from the developer saying that "the building has reached the following stages of payment and shall be obliged to kindly arrange for settlement of the following amount....."


what exactly do i need to do here? rclxub.gif

Make sure the bank pay another lump sum for the stage accordingly by checking on the monthly statement. If bank didn't pay on time the developer will charge you interest on the late payment.

call your banker and follow-up -- bank settle the amount due in the stipulated time..else you will have to bare the late payment interest..

monthly statement will be issued...

How everyone at here already? long time didnt come here for updates.. anyone got the development photos to share? smile.gif

my bank has released 2 payment already.. one is for car park another one is for hse.. and saw developer got help me pay interest as well.. hope I "study" the bank statement correctly..

apparently they are chasing me for interest on progress payment.
Keep telling them have to claim from developer but they say i have to call developer to ask them to pay...WTH...
