Anyone got receive the call from legal firm to sign a letter,
which is From: myself To: <Loan Offer Bank Name> Master Chargee: UOB Bank (Malaysia) Berhad. The content is "I/We hereby undertake to obtain the Consent to Charge from the relevant Authority and further undertake to refund to you the Loan Sum free of interest in the event the Consent to Charge is not obtained rendering the Charge in your favour can not be perfected/registered for any reason whatsoever." Top Up 20K, means paying the amount upfront or they can factor it in the loan? If can factor it in the loan then the early bird somehow still gets a better deal.
