This forum here majority got HLB loan approved.
The best rate given is OCBC and I think Ambank...but just too bad OCBC just does not have enough quota to fight with HLB....

when did u submit your application to the banks?

i got quotation from my lawyer ady. after 30% reduction on pros fee, still 5k plus.

let me see:-
1) AmBank
2) OCBC
3) HLB
4) UOB
5) Al-Rajhi
6) Alliance Bank

only never apply Malaysian building society.
Ran out of banks liao

5k + is too much, they jet up the price then only give u discount....
