I think many people also don't know yet and they may not know they can report/etc.
But in case it reach the person (e.g. you know FB, if got people share, and there is chance it might reach the person), then it's a risk since the photo got something "revealing" then she might want to take action. Or maybe just click on report on FB?

Anyway, just a precaution.

there were times 808 captured photos in low light condition with very low ISO. but you need steady hand i guess. basically it's hit and miss.

As for the photo, I think you need to straighten it.

Since it's provided in the camera, then it's the author of CNETAsia problem for not playing around with it. If she prefers more vibrant and contrasty picture, then she should adjust it. Nokia already mentioned they keep the processing at minimal, the same applies for N8; Those reviewers that complain on these should know about the processing before hand.
All images are processed by the camera (unless it's shot RAW, then you need to apply your own processing). On higher end camera, it tends to apply minor processing, even minimal sharpness. It's just the in camera processing (in short, preset PP), reviewers shouldn't really compare the processing so much, but focus more on how the camera performs, e.g. capturing details, resolving details, noise performance, etc.

i don't like this light reflects thingy, i need to have a specific angle if taking pictures in front of a straight lighting (example, lamp)
i do not find this problem in any phone except my N8, now with 808??
