was from the curve nokia shop. It seems each nokia store initially gets 30x units. 10 each of white, black and red. All sold out. High demand from customers. Am on the standby list. Nokia, y u no stock moar ?????

true also..the timing is just too close with s3..everyone is hype with s3 now...if 808 comes out last month, should attract even more ppl's attention.. but now, all look at s3..

though the camera is excellent, the screen is so low quality. Icons are jaggered. On the browser, when you open, say, Google, the icons and words are not smooth and when you zoom in and out, you can see it jaggered and not smooth. How come such a perfect camera phone ie the best in the world, got a lousy screen?

To those who have bought Pureview do you experience a problem with Whatsapp? I experience random shut off but once I removed Whatsapp, it works fine.

The lady at the store said tomorrow "some" units coming in, and next week as well.
She said she'll reserve a black one for me, I said no, white only please.

Yup, the lady said red was also available, though i didn't see any red demo unit, only white and black.

I went to Lowyat this evening, they said they didn't have it yet. I didn't bother asking when it would be available, I gave the sales girls thumbs down and walked away.

Nokia at Pavilion had it, but the free tripod hadn't arrived yet, they said you could buy the phone first and pick up the free tripod later.

how is the white? issit matte type of white??? i kinda like white 808.. but scare easy get stain on it.. now still thinking black or white.

Good Luck, I heard many place was sold out today. Hope they still have stock there or new stock arrives.
I've check with Avaxx, they said there is limited units, and I also confirm with Nokia Representatives, it's limited. They're not keen really keen on selling this, fully focus on Lumias.

So for whoever who really wants the 808, should consider it.


As the info I got today, from the Nokia Reps (not sales), there will only be black and white.
Well, unless they decided to bring in for later batch (if there is enough demand?) I don't know.
