Mainly the location and the price. Considering the place is relatively near a few places, namely bkt jalil, mid valley etc. I tried driving from the place to mid valley and it wasn't too bad. Plus nusaputra has 800 over acres of land there will still be a lot of future developments around the area and hopefully the developer has great plans ahead. Price wise, I think there is ample room for capital appreciation. Took my bet with the townhouse at tmn tasik prima by Bolton when the wharf wasn't launched and thank god i bought a unit! But i could be wrong with this one.

Congrates ! don't think u will be wrong.. once another phase is up, price will up up. 1st phase also never wrong.

I guess the only 2 things I'm no comfy with are the small room downstairs and the bathroom windows.

I m not buying but i feel happy for those who bot. When 1st launched it was 22 units front row and sold out. Now back row only left 2 units within a short time. It seems that many ppl like the unique design of this reflexion.

Went there just now with my gf... Really love the whole design and concept...if we can afford it now sure buy right away..... Seems very reasonable price if compare other landed house recently... But still ... This is a million + house maybe few more years, with gf + me combine ... Can support... But that time it will be at least 2 million + already...

Btw just curious... How much a person need to earn a month in order to afford house of this price? Rm 20k a month? Pls share with me.. I wan to set myself a target ;p
