Booked a unit facing front woo hoo

Mainly the location and the price. Considering the place is relatively near a few places, namely bkt jalil, mid valley etc. I tried driving from the place to mid valley and it wasn't too bad. Plus nusaputra has 800 over acres of land there will still be a lot of future developments around the area and hopefully the developer has great plans ahead. Price wise, I think there is ample room for capital appreciation. Took my bet with the townhouse at tmn tasik prima by Bolton when the wharf wasn't launched and thank god i bought a unit! But i could be wrong with this one.

Thanks someday. The agent told me the developer is trying to test market for this row and I somewhat believe him and u r right. Once this row is sold out, the price for the next row will increase.

Thanks macho dog. Only two units left in back row. All booked out. Apparently all want the front row.

I guess the only 2 things I'm no comfy with are the small room downstairs and the bathroom windows.

If I'm not mistaken, I heard the new phase will be 100k more expensive.
