hi i went for 1st car service just now.
it cosr RM196.10.

ENGINE OIL(semi-synthetic)5w-30-4L RM86
PERODUA OIL FILTER RM13
GEAR OIL ALZA D3SP RM68.10(3QTY, RN22.7 EACH)
OIL TREATMENT RM16
WINDSHIELD wash RM5
BATTERY TERMINAL RM8

but i dunwan the windshield wash and battery terminal.
so it costs RM183.

Is this the normal price?

my car 1st service:
semi syn 5w30 4l- rm75.30
perodua atf d3 sp- rm46.20
Oil filter- rm13.00
gasket drain plug- rm 4.80
battery terminal protector- rm 4.00
windshield washer 30ml*2- rm 3.60(rm1.80/unit)
service tax- rm2.10

TOTAL=RM149.00.

why do u need 3 gear oil?..even if u refer to the perodua's website, the price of the atf oil for myvi is rm46.20.

They say because it was 1.5 gear, so need to use that.
Seems like really expensive! Ban ban!

the service cost both the 1.3 and 1.5 myvi lagi best is the same according to the perodua's website..other authorised sc quoted rm170 something..this one that i do i think is okayla..and the 2nd service is about rm100 at the same place..

If you look thoroughly, you will see black water stains/marks in the photo above. Any idea how to get rid these stubborn/tough stains from my bonnet?

No.. my otr car dun need to.. 1000km just need some minor checking.. then on 10000km only need to change things.

I think he meant why just barely 1k need to change transmission fluid?

I think is because that the car is new and then there will be a lot of the metal dust inside the engine oil since its new with the pistons skimming the wall?
even though with the oil filter, i dont think it will filter 100% of all the metal dust or maybe the filter is already full for hardcore driver, therefore 1st 1k service will need to change the oil too to make sure the oil is clean if not it would damage our engine?
Same as for 5000km service?

As the price may be vary between outside compared to service center.
But if u service at the outside workshop, u wont be able to get the service center chop on ur service book which already void the car warranty and nxt time wanna sell car, cant provide the service record n the used car dealer would have a chance try to press the price as low as possible since u cant provide ur service record?
