QUOTE(colinwong89 @ Feb 24 2012, 10:43 AM) RM38? A little pricey for something you can find on Ebay, IMO. No, the setting doesn't stay. BTW, I think I should also ask here. To those who are using manuals - when you play a song via the USB and press the SEL button to read different information of the MP3, eg title, album, artist - does the setting stay there after you switch off the car? Mine doesn't, and it's getting annoying. RM38 is reasonable enough me thinks.. Plus, it's a flush-type. Means it will "integrate" into the dashboard look seamlessly.. |

QUOTE(colinwong89 @ Feb 24 2012, 12:02 PM) Crap. I listen to a lot of songs which I do not know the titles, and I drive for relatively short distances, and I have to press that button all the time when I get in? How could they slip this up? Me just put the song I wanna hear in a separate folder, and let it play again and again.. |

QUOTE(L7Awesome @ Feb 24 2012, 12:55 PM) Hi, I have an issue with Blackberry 9300. When connected, it can't make outgoing call, no dial tone is heard from car's speaker whatsoever. Even the call is connected, no voice is heard. Incoming call works perfectly though. But tested with Lumia 800; works flawlessly.Anyone facing problem pairing the radio with phone via Bluetooth? Somehow they cannot get my Galaxy Tab, Samsung i780 and Blackberry connected. These three devices never even detect the bluetooth from the radio. QUOTE(SinnerBuyer @ Feb 24 2012, 02:14 PM) Search Griffin in Automotive Garage Sales and Mobile Phone & Accessories. Got couple of sellers. |

The only annoying sound I faced here is the krik krik behind the meter cluster. When I'm mad at it, cursing in my heart, drive a bit aggressive, then the sound disappear lol. And my ride turns very quiet (I seldom turn on the radio).
But when park it under direct sunlight, it appears again, and me cursing again. Then it got quiet again. And the cycle continues....... |

QUOTE(Aeon_Clock @ Feb 28 2012, 03:11 PM) Fuuuu... Scary sia.... QUOTE(colinwong89 @ Feb 28 2012, 03:29 PM) If the wiring is just behind the cluster, no problem for me to ask SC to open and do some adjustment. But if it's INSIDE the meter cluster itself making sound, then have to RMA with a new one laa.. The meter is working fine though, accurate reading etc.. Kinda feel "sayang" to change and RMA it.. |

QUOTE(audy @ Feb 28 2012, 07:48 PM) New Myvi 1.5 owner here. Is it new Myvi gas and brake pedals are tighter when new? I thot with 1.5, it's very powerful and just need to press gas pedal slightly for the car to accelerate, but I find myself needing to press harder. Also, sometimes when I release the brake, I hear "kruk kruk" sound. Also, I only managed to get around 9.5/l of fc, is this normal? About the pedal, it's very subjective. If it's not to your liking, kindly get this fix at SC. Maybe they just tighten it up too much.Regarding the brake, if you are from stationary, and possibly going downhill or moving because of "D" gear while releasing the brake slowly, it's normal. It's the brake pad If your car is sub 1000km, then better wait for 3000km++ for more accurate fuel consumption. Refer fuelly.com for more insights. http://www.fuelly.com/car/perodua/myvi |

QUOTE(Area51SE @ Feb 28 2012, 08:25 PM) Haha but not all of them could go that far lol, That's why we make a poll system to see the majority prefer where. Agreed. For TT, I personally prefer "nearer" places, so that we can easily get together and share our thoughts on Myvi.Bukit Jalil also should be ok as there's alot of parking space and we can have teh tarik (TT) session , sit down chit chat If wanna go Genting, let's just organize a proper family day instead of TT. |

Finally, found it at Digital Mall, PJ at a bargain price!
That's Myvi original 12V port protector I put back in the box. ![]() Almost flush design. Maybe Myvi's port is not deep enough. But no major concern for me. ![]() The shop says original and comes with 1 year warranty, costs only RM35. Whereas, most of the Griffin sold here are mere replica with 3 months warranty. I just plug and forget already. Although.. I kinda skeptical with the price tag. Nevertheless, got 1 year warranty. Works flawlessly with my Blackberry and Nokia.
