Just curious, is the gear stick like those conventional straight line type or in D-Mode you can shift it either left or right for manual overriding? Judging from the pics it looks like a straight line type though Any inputs?

straight line. no gated or whatsoever. Wanna use paddle shifters, slot into "S" and pedal all you want.

Better than took out your phone to find your way around with the gps.

My car got "S"...but no paddle shifters

ur "S" is press a button one, not slot into one.

Our country rules say, cannot use handphone while driving...if they use while driving then they stupiak lah

Don't you know that BMW has provided this kind of services in their selected models for years? Haven't heard that BMW ConnectedDrive actually endanger the car driver or it passangers.

tht YES wifi,u can use the call function by using YesLife app...let say u have iOS or android,just install it,run it,login,then make calls...while driving,use loud speaker la...

practice safety driving. dun need to come out with stupid comments here...do u think there's no driver using internet while driving?then u r wrong.with more smartphone nowadays,anything can happen la...

some would say, wow! brilliant idea! adding YES Wifi into the car. can use Wifi for GPS on phone, don't even need to buy Garmin GPS.

is just the PoV of that fella man~ if you stand on his side, you could also figure a lot of negative comment about that "thing"

if using the ipad to set destination and the car will auto drive to destination without driver. then it more logical to put the ipad and yes.
