Serdang TPM forms the border between Bukit Jalil and Bukit Serdang, so happen its the border between KL n Selangor, and TPM belongs to KL.. i own a unit in villa pavilion.. (what the hack pavilon park in the map.. its either villa pavilion or villa park Bukit Serdang is under MPSJ.. the title is very misleading and which ever agent post this up lack of integrity.. |

It's under residential loan, so 90% will only apply if this is ur first or second property. But nowadays market, for 2nd property hardly to get 90% already.
