Bro. R u sure from RM 500.50 per sq ft?

A lot of us are confusing. Another agent told my fren at RM 500 psf. Another thread stated RM 580 psf onwards.

Oops. I thought RM 500.50 is price before discount. So, after 9% ( 45k ), balance is RM 455 per sq ft.

If RM 500+ per sq ft. Should be a bit over.

just call the sales office starting price 400K++(before discount) for studio suite 650sq feet,9% earlybird rebate.

so many different information, it is really hard to believe this project is valid.

Are they mentioned different sf different price? And no boost for the pre-launch, quite hard to believe too.

I don't think they adjusted the price. It's more like the information presented in a kind of ambiguous way, and people who read it, interpreted it wrongly. One should get to read the information from the agent, I believe that's the closest to the source of information.

From the youtube, the project is at left side of The Sanderson and next to TPM open parking. Anyone please let me know the
launch date and show unit. Need to see it only will consider

more development at bukit serdang? yeay this is good. wait til sanderson + the park + city of green completed and i can sell villa park at higher premium? *greedy*

definitely. access road is just terrible. but come to think of it, would the developers be so greedy and stupid to build houses costing >1mil but not doing anything about the access road? they think all rich2 people would want to pass through the light industrial area every day kah? so the way i see it, eventually, EVENTUALLY, a new access road cutting through TPM (unlikely since TPM owns the entire space) or Villa Pavillion (possible) would be built by the developers. let's hope so. i certainly hope so. *fingers crossed* hehe sweat.gif

From the City of green map, it looks like they will build a road to connect to Bukit Jalil through TPM and villa Pavillion. I'm not sure how they
could get an approva to build road cutting through TPM since the whole parcel of land is belong to TPM. Then again in Malaysia, they is
not absolute, anything can happen.

Yep i just bought a unit with an agent friend, The rental income is guaranteed since there are a few colleges around well i think i would buy another if only my wallet allowed lol. As for the entrance it's right beside TPM and not far away.

Any show unit? The developer should have built a show unit to convince buyer for their project.

I'm keen too... Just spoken with the agent. Blk 1 totally sold out. Now waiting for Blk 2 to be launch. Anyone know when will it be launch?

Actually im comparing with

1) Ara Greens
2) The Regina USJ1
3) City of Greens

Any comment?
