Actually the location is not consider as deep inside... It is just right beside TPM.. The road access make it feel like deep inside..

MPSJ already confirmed there will be plans on the link road from Villa Pavillion into COG and Sanderson, and also fly over from Bukit Jalil Highway whereby you do not need to make U-turn at the roundabout if you are from Kinrara. The road into the Bukit Serdang will also plan to upgrade to 2 lanes for each side, which will be 2 lanes in and 2 lans out.

How true COG can gain the access directly from there into TPM, I am not sure how... hehe...

I will estimate the distance will cut down at least 50%... In the future, it will not consider deep inside Serdang.. It will the the place nearest to TPM and Bukit Jalil. This is just a place same like Puchong, as last time all people saying very deep inside.. Just relax and wait and see...

You didn't visit the proposal event by MPSJ? The fly over will link into the road which lead you to the Bukit Serdang. This is the plan for it. I think I still have the document with me. Hehe..

I was told and informed during the Bukit Serdang town planning for 10 years... No more high rise around that area... This is the reason why you can see all the recent launches at Bukit Serdang are mostly semi-d and villas...

Serdang address or not should not make much different as it does really near to TPM. The question is the access road which proposed into TPM. Easier access and more road into this area will actually does help to increase the land value there.

Curious... Can black listed developer get the AP to continue develop in new project?

AP should not issued to all the blacklisted developer, if Gov issued, gov also should take responsible if it really become a abandon project since they should known that the developer is in the blacklisted list.

What surprise me is how can a blacklisted developer launch a new project? Gov already blind?

What makes me so curious is the land under DBKL or MPSJ? I heard from most of the developers there and they didn't know anything about this COG project before. Another thing is that it seems like MPSJ not allowing high rise anymore in bukit serdang. The Sanderson should be the last one. This is the reason you can see all the new projects now is town villas, semi-d and bungalows in that area.

I am also confused by the blue print there. If you look at it carefully, the lot no (sequence no) is different/no follow those belongs to Bukit Serdang if you see it carefully. Another thing is regarding the land in bukit Serdang, remember MPSJ saying will not approve any more high rise. How this COG got approval from MPSJ? or they are getting from DBKL?
