QUOTE(mokhzaini @ Jul 31 2012, 10:24 PM) i was in the same situation 2 weeks ago. a 1.8 always the safest choice financially, and nearly 15k difference i thought what possibly could go wrong if i went for that. plus my thinking at that time was, i dont need this-that-this-that so on, and 1.8 should be allright. until i went to see the exact vehicle. at that moment i promise u my mind suddenly declared 1.8 is a no no for me. worse still, after that i sat in the hybrid. i was set on either hybrid or the 2.0. it cannot be the 1.8. it just tooooo plain for my liking and i cant help but to think the specs are too bare to justify committing myself to an over 100k car. if u cant commit just to an additional 210RM permonth, i strongly suggest u to add jussssttt an additional 70RM permonth for the hybrid. of course the hybrid is something people quite uncomfortable with but with that price (i was hoping it is lower than 120k) u are better off with it. thanx for ur opinion bro will think of it again

Thanks for the sharing =) u should try drive both. the dynamics are different i was told. it cud be just different people different taste. plus we had enough of flaming in the past. but if u got only 97k to spend on a car, u know your obvious choice. Added on August 1, 2012, 12:56 amerr ogawa-san, auto light off need to physically turn off the light or not after the auto light off function done? tomorrow start car lights turn on? because the light knob is turned to on? understand or not my question? Btw, if you guys are doing 3M tint, you should get a e-warranty approximately 2 to 3 weeks after your tint has been done at a 3M authorized applicator in your email. It should look exactly like below. There is no hard copy unless you print it yourself so your only other proof before this is to keep the official receipt given by the authorized 3M applicator This post has been edited by zweimmk: Aug 1 2012, 09:27 AM

Thanks for the sharing =) It goes the same to me, I went to test drive both and sure you will find the different. Initially my choice was peugeot 408T, regardless of performance, pricing, and spec it reserved my first pick, but HM strongly disagree due to uncertainty of realibility & high maintenance.

Your HM is a smart woman. Top class car when everything is in order but still let down by really 3rd world service. And French reliability... too many issues you can read online by just looking around. If you young and no family yet, it might be worth considering even with all the potential issues attached, otherwise, I'd say just save yourself some potential pain and suffering.

Has to agreed on the Peugeot after sales service but the driving pleasure with its price is hardly deny In fact, tested M3 2.0, road noise & back rooms set me down, altis (skip since already has one), elantra overall impressed me but I won't wait for 4 months for a car, its painful. Started to eye honda once they thrown in 5 years warrantly and decided to go for civic test drive when they annouce 10k service interval.

Is it normal or SOP that the dealer must dispatch this e-warrantly to end clients or whats the practise most dealer do?

If you do your 3M at authorized dealer, you will get it... Authorized dealer they have the signature Black background 3M shop signboard.
The Connex is indeed an assuring system, specially priced for Honda vehicles, but although I still cant afford it.
Fuel, I always go Caltex.

Check your receipt and then match with the link below http://solutions.3m.com.my/wps/portal/3M/e...me/Contact/WTB/Only those listed in the page above are authorized 3M applicators, if you do it elsewhere, no guarantees at all.
