You remind me back early 20's when looking for car. Deep in my hearts, I always like to have a Honda car. That time is gen5/6 which is good sale and look. But the price is expensive. I only can afford rm100k car. So get another brand and wait passionly.

Honda gen7 arrived and a big dissapointment with the design. Pass this gen7 and continue drive with my old car.

Gen8 arrived and this is it. Trade in my old car and get this gen8. Dream come true.   But it is enough for me for the Honda car. The price is just too expensive now and doesn't make sense.

tht's one option that I've considered. but then again, assuming I plan to sell off my car in 3 years time - i believe the civic can still fetch a price of about 100K based on the price trend i see in carlist. and this will still be an attractive buy for potential buyers as there will still be remaining of 2 yrs warranty. however, i dont think mazda 6's value will be on par w civic in 3 years time, especially when there's already a newer model out there in the market. just my 2 cents

Just try to get a KIA forte 2010 and go to car dealer,and a Honda civic 2010 to a car dealer,see how much you can get from them and don't talk about the selling prices of the dealer.
They take ur car very low,not how much ur car can sell. get what i mean?
KIA is unfamous eventhough KIA optima is a very nice car,but the value is still worse,just go and compare with Toyota Camry.
I can buy Honda and Toyota without test drive it,But KIA,i don think i will buy bcoz of the resale value.
