yes..if u wan to buy that brand , better buy from those bigger shop like chain shop..at least they got system all recorded for claiming warranty.. now i am like only stuck here there.. i only hope i can get back the refund even though deduct rm250 ..i count as close one eyes now.. i really dun wan get any product from there anymore.. sigh.. nightmare.. cry.gif

I'm lazy to type out my story here, but seriously no joke, their service are amazingly bad. The 1st time i went there already saw 1 old uncle scolding their staffs in the center for delaying this and that LOL. Basically the uncle went to the center for 6 times also belum get to collect his asus tab. zz

I think you better report to taiwan asus, hope can help. if not, also can let the user known how the very bad after sell servics asus.
I also recomment all reader, thinking about the warranty, if you area not servics center, need send to KL repair(such asus stupid pick-up servics), better choice other brand.

i have called and informed my seller that i insist wan to get the refund.. if the supplier or whatever party don wan to refund me back, then i am gonna file to consumer tribunal.. my seller says he will discuss with the supplier..either he get the money first then refund me or supplier take out the money..

i have also prepared a letter..wait few more days..if no news, will call again and if still no ans, i will officially issue the letter to request the refund within 7 days or else i file the complaint to tribunal.. i don care this time now.. sad.gif

actually there is no problem for my seller to get the money out.. he just take his own money, then when other ppl wan to buy product, he can just deduct from that amount.. wat did he lose? .. the main reason i think is wan me buy the product again only.. mad.gif and for the supplier, what is the logic that money go in then cannot come out? that is the refund from Asus ..Asus can issue a refund then why supplier cannot? some more that money is not belong to supplier..

i let my colleague who was lawyer before review my case..according to her, if go to tribunal, i wont lose the case as there is no such law forcing ppl to buy anything without the buyer's agreement.. she told me just to be firm and don't have to meet the seller wasting my time and petrol anymore.. they are delaying my time and playing my patience till i let the step only.. since like this, just officially giving them a letter then file a complaint after that..let tribunal review my case.. i have also enquire to consumer tribunal, they also reply me that my case can be filed.. i will wait again till fri, no news then i will proceed with my next step.. rclxms.gif

yalo..i also feel does not make sense at all.. this is like cheating my money also..my colleague told me can also make the police report.. but going to tribunal is more proper..i also don wan to make till so big news unless no choice. ..

hope you get your Refund back man...rooting for you!

MeanWhile....i got my G53 back...They say they changed the Mobo+LCD(which is 3D) and the flex cabling that connect to the LCD...no parts were their main reason it took so long....

You may get your Product back...but 1 month is a looooooooooong time to wait

Hico, if I were you, I would have gone for the consumer tribunal many months ago. I'll sue Asus Taiwan and Asus Malaysia too.

I've been the claimant, and claimed against in the tribunal. All I can say, is that not all the time its rosy what happens in the TTPM, but it is also your best bet in these type of cases.

I think you messed up.
Your friend has got nothing to do here.
Your friend has no capacity to either fix your PC or refund you. He's irrelevant.
It is the supplier (you mean the dealer?), Asus Malaysia and Asus Taiwan. They are held responsible as you have a valid RMA case.

Go to consumer tribunal immediately so that you can sort it out asap.
You can get your money + compensation, I reckon.

yes..i know..but i ask my colleague already.. i have to point to the seller..cos i bought from him..then behind him who else is not related to me.. he have to do the warranty claim for me and get back the refund.. my contract is with the seller..then seller to the other.. so when i file the complaint, must go to seller too.. then let consumer tribunal to go ahead.. some more my notebook is sent to my seller to post out to the service centre... and the receipt also from my seller.. she told me don mess the thing become so complicated.. later the case is no ending.. just point to the seller then let consumer to judge and make the final decision.. and she told me i can cc my letter to Asus and the supplier as well so that they all know abt the progress...and how they going to do, is among themselves.. my colleague was a lawyer before and still hold the lawyer qualification.. and she helped me scan through my letter already also.. she said can go ahead with that letter.. tongue.gif but if the seller can just give me back the refund, i am willing to accept ...u don understand hows the feeling when u waited for so long time, then money come, but cannot take out..now i only wan take out the money, thats it.. continue argue, the money i spent, the time i lose, the inconvenience and etc is cant even compensate by that amount.. my amount is not till million or billion.. can take back then i am happy already rather than struggle till another yrs again.. cry.gif

It's up to you. You can sue against your friend, the seller, as well.

IMO, if your friend has done all the procedures of RMA, I don't think he will be held liable.
Get your friend to sue against the dealer, Asus Malaysia and Asus Taiwan too.

i sent my notebook to my seller..my seller give me a slip written what they took from me..thats it i got..

the money already refund from Asus to distributor.. now problem the seller told me the money go into distri's account, cannot take out.. so i sue Asus, Asus said money already paid follow the procedure.. i go to supplier, i have no contract with them... the only way is go to seller.. then let the consumer tribunal judge who should take all the action.. same like u buy from SenQ..then sent warranty through them. maybe its a sony camera...so they sent back and take months to come back..u gonna sue senq or sony? thats what my colleague advice me..don care how they do or don bother who involve.. let judge call all the relevant ppl involve after they review.. the buyer has no right to jump over that.. i only can point to seller as all my prove is to the seller only..
