Enquiries/Recommendations ASUS Warranty, Why So Bad Service One, Anybody facing the problem like me

yes, happen to my office also. we bought 55 asus mini pc, then happen 2-3 of it got problem, then call asus. asus said that they did not offer onsite service.
later, i try call every possible asus number, got another number for asus service center. so slow.

ASUS sucks more...i wont even buy an Laptop anymore. but their other product line like GC are good if you send them RMA outside malaysia. just our ppl here that works at asus spoil it.

just bought asus laptop few days back and today read this thread. should not buy if i know at the first place, i even extend the warranty for another year
