My in-law had a unit which abandon 15 years ago, now Melaka State Gov offer with 20% increase price, he decide to drop it, think of take it up, need opinion from all the taikor? is a shop-lot at 3rd floor about 650sf in center of Pulau Melaka. |

I am also in the same boat. If u gives up the unit state gov is only returning 50% of what u had paid. I plan to take up with the new price. Take the gamble n hope for the best, at least u can see the project being completed. Forget abt the link to Indonesia. Gov policy flip flops overnight. |

My dad to have similar property in stupid Pulau Melaka. Last time say the next big thing in Melaka. Till now still abandon, better just take the offer and buy else-where. |
