My in-law had a unit which abandon 15 years ago, now Melaka State Gov offer with 20% increase price, he decide to drop it, think of take it up, need opinion from all the taikor? is a shop-lot at 3rd floor about 650sf in center of Pulau Melaka.

I am also in the same boat. If u gives up the unit state gov is only returning 50% of what u had paid. I plan to take up with the new price. Take the gamble n hope for the best, at least u can see the project being completed. Forget abt the link to Indonesia. Gov policy flip flops overnight.

My dad to have similar property in stupid Pulau Melaka. Last time say the next big thing in Melaka. Till now still abandon, better just take the offer and buy else-where.

No residential that area. All commercial unit. My dad one is office unit.
