Yes... u can't compare with the original launching pricing... those who took earlier have to take the risk in case the project fail... so, those who bought now (upon the completion of the project) surely have to pay higher.....

If found any right house with reasonable price will go for it. Also considering a corner new unit at Air Keroh, similar price, 2 1/2 storey. but leasehold. |
