Yes... u can't compare with the original launching pricing... those who took earlier have to take the risk in case the project fail... so, those who bought now (upon the completion of the project) surely have to pay higher.....

(as long as the price is the market price) In long run (10 years above), properties will appreciate and if you are buying for own stay... no issue at all...
