I think opposite tesco cheng seems not bad. or you can consider kota laksamana shop which i think now selling at 1M price

Yeah bro, type B already fully sold, left the corner lot which i think quite expensive. The Type A still available.

Bro, if 520k is expensive, then better dun ask this house.. This is even more expensive... RM550k and above, just a double story terrace.. If Semi D, >RM800k... Unless u get 15% discount like rotijohn, but I think the promotion no more d..

Yes... u can't compare with the original launching pricing... those who took earlier have to take the risk in case the project fail... so, those who bought now (upon the completion of the project) surely have to pay higher.....

Bro, I am looking for a house, but not necessary to buy one at paya rumput or any particular place.
I saw some ad on mudah/iproperty are selling with ard 480k -600k.
Saw many are selling @ that area,
I am not rushing for it,

I am looking for a house, no particular location/ house type.
If found any right house with reasonable price will go for it. brows.gif

Also considering a corner new unit at Air Keroh, similar price, 2 1/2 storey. but leasehold. doh.gif

yes, there's no right timing in this case... IMHO, as long as you are not buying for investment purpose.. why cares about the price? (as long as the price is the market price) In long run (10 years above), properties will appreciate and if you are buying for own stay... no issue at all... brows.gif

Besides, like what ROTiJOHN said... freehold is the key...
