I got it for RM589800, 50x80, Eternity type. They are having official launch on 15 Dec, 8:30AM - 5PM. I am not sure how many units available now, u might want to call the developer to ask.

what is MCL?

MCL = Malay Customary Land (only for Bumiputera)

Bertam Setia is not MCL.
My uncle has a house there. Had visit his house and the taman, most of residents there are Chinese.

How about Taman Bukit Katil Damai phase 7, the semi d..but is leasehold. Planning to buy for own stay..

i asked before, 1K krubong double storey intermediate sold out aledi, left corner unit which the price close to their bungalow... maybe wait for phase 2

1K Krubong bungalow houses build up is very small.
Looks very impressive from outside but inside is quite cramp.
1 sofa, 1 coffee table, 1 tv table, the hall already full....
If wanna add 1 more piano, then cannot walk already

The other day I was at Tesco Puchong chester is promoting a property which I vaguely remember it was MITC hotel which was said to be >9% return. LOL. Later I came to lowyat forum to check, it seemed no one has discussed it here.

yes, agree. the built up is small. upstair not even can fit a living hall. i would say it is not fully double story, just 1 1/2 storey bungalow.
sa said the price is higher due to unit come with partial renovated but they dont have bare unit to see
