My relatives got 3 units Armaya 1 which is 2.5 storey they are putting up for sale. Completion in approx 9 months and each comes with clubhouse membership
2 units are intermediate (side by side) - 690k each 1 unit corner with land - 890k with approx extra 20 feet land (will need to confirm exact LA)
All units facing south

Personally think rm700k is way expensive for DSL at bandar botanic that without g&g even club membership is provided. Anyway, still subjected to demanding pools for those looking for own use. I could see the upside was limited units.

Generally, the market price is not far from the website.

Sometimes we won't know the actual asking price till we call the agents. Some agents will say "oh that unit ah, sold already oh. I got another unit available at higher prices, you want or not?" That's more likely to happen if we call the properties advetised at the lowest prices ranges in iproperty.
