Hi,

All I understand that the Armaya 2 (3 storey - last phase), is worth to invest property..too bad I was not aware of the lauching date, they not even advertised in newspaper ;(....

According to those who bought the house, the soft launch had already sold out all the units. I missed the chance..Understand from some of the buyers, the different between Armaya 1 & 2 are as belows:

Armaya 1( 2.5 storey)'s toilet is on top of the entrance area, some may not like it (but i think this is quite common). I am not fengsui savy but I prefer the latest lauched Amaya 2 (last phase - 3 storey), is a further improvement from Amaya 1. The only set back, they sell at higher price but with such a big build up (almost 3000 sft) & 3 storey, is really hard to find in klang valley at this point of time.

Furthermore, the balcony is not as long as the 2.5 storey ( I think it is good to have more space for room, unless you like to have a big balcony, Armaya 1 (1st phase - 2.5 storey) have a long balcony (a bid wasted in space unless the view is facing garden or lake...)

Another value added for Armaya 2 (3 storey) - the kitchen is fully extended, this can save a lot renovation cost!!! isn't it good ????

I am very keen for Armaya 2, not sure if anyone plan to sell?

Heard 50-60% are sold for Investment purpose and not for own stay.,, you got the answer now? icon_rolleyes.gif

Yeah. I think BB is a very prime location, buying for own stay should be fine but I just worry how much I can buy after the property has been completed?

price in BB only recently shot up a little... before this Bukit Tinggi has always been overshadowing BB

Hi! Me again. Besides this 3 storey houses armaya 2, Any more property with big sq ft or 3 story nearby Jusco? I want to invest one for own stay. I feel this area still potential to grow..budget below 600k

Budget below 600K, maybe u can go for 2.5sty at BBT2, beside Jusco. Build up is about 3100sqft, land size is 24X70. About 500K can get 1 unfurnished unit.

600K? Subsale or new? IMO, difficult to get a new 2.5 stry prop @ 600K

Wahh, 24 X 70 ... hmm big enough somemore built up 3100 at 2.5 storey? Is very very big and spacious ... RM 500k is very good price ...

BBT2 go to BT/BB Kesas exit at working hour needs how long? Inclusive of estimated jam?

Oops... the unit was already sold. BBT2 is quite near to BB, BBT2 dont have heavy jams, but BBT & Bayu Tinggi is damn jam. BBT2 is near to BB.

Ic, i know the location of each BBT, BBT2, BB, AB and Bayu Tinggi, just i curious how long does it take to reach Kesas highway ...

Sold? I had contacted an agent to look for the 2.5 storey at BBT, the agent ask me where I get this news? She told me impossible la..I am diss appointed will go there and round again..if you come across 500K please let me know...

Or you can wait for bank lelong, there was a unit at Butterfly Park, also 2.5 sty auction price was 480K.


Added on February 9, 2012, 9:25 pmIMO, Armaya 1 is worth to buy that time when it launches, but Armaya 2 is not. Armaya 2 is about 100 sqft bigger than Armaya 1, and no big balcony for Armaya 2, but the price suddenly flew from starting price 443K to 568K, a 125K more. I would go for Armaya 1 and take that 125K for renovation.

Yeah true, but u won't get that launching price anymore. Most prefer to sell higher price, 650k real good profit.

Real expensive property, they should have another launch coming soon...Anyway, the concept of this A2 is really impressive. Waiting for the Q day. No choice may need to increase budget $$$$.

With my limited budget, and the location I aim, I think it is difficult, I just so keen to have 3 storey house. Where else to get it? A1 maybe the choice to buy at 2nd hand, but after knowing the design of A2, I would prefer to have A2, as the sub sales is calling 650K..some even 700++, how to buy? If really want to buy maybe aim for this new launching!

I don't think so la... only Ambang 2 houses are with clay bricks, Armaya is still sand bricks.
Went to inspect my unit at Armaya 1 and the 3 storeys already up..

For Armaya or 2.5/3 storeys subsale soon to be sell above 750k. So the budget 500k, i think is quit hard to get. Actually not only BB, all the houses soon to boom again due to construction material up again...

Haiz hope u all get the house as soon as possible....
