Is there any subsales transact for armaya 1 and armaya 2?

Those are just agent price only.

Dsl Akasia subsales transact can sell 480k now.

Wondering armaya how much ah?

Oh Malaysia going to get Olympic gold soon.

U r correct partially in agent can suggest anything but u get it wrong, its not my unit, I am not vested into this area yet and I dunno what is the good try in lowtat u mean.

Good question. Similar to when I question my fren why jst bought an Emerald BK8 for RM 950k when the value is only RM 880-940k and can get cheaper at RM 920k. He answer me he like it very much and he loves the unit number very much.

If I am the owner of Armaya 1, my answer for u is,
Why sell at RM 650k when the value and offer is already RM 700k?

Wait the RM 650k sold and I will sell at RM 728k....

Go to iproperty. check how many offer 650k. how many 620k and how many armaya 1 is 700k.

I done my homework and have bank valuation info. I even know how many subsales in armaya1 from developer staff. kekeke

nice try to push up armaya 1 to 700k.
