Good question. Similar to when I question my fren why jst bought an Emerald BK8 for RM 950k when the value is only RM 880-940k and can get cheaper at RM 920k. He answer me he like it very much and he loves the unit number very much.

Go to iproperty. check how many offer 650k. how many 620k and how many armaya 1 is 700k.
I done my homework and have bank valuation info. I even know how many subsales in armaya1 from developer staff. kekeke
