Armaya 1 valuation from bank - rm700k rclxms.gif . And i hv two unit to let go . Selling at Rm 690. Anyone interested pm me thxs.

My fren vested into Armaya 1 and he told me agents called him to consider to sell RM 700k. He was quite happy and quite tempting to sell n buy others...

Agent can suggest even 800k but will people buy it is another question.

Why buy your 700k when can get offer 650k.?

Ruben Taikor. This is according to conversation of an agent called him when we yumcha ing. He bought it at RM 450k more than a year ago.

If RM 700k can sell, thats a very very good profit and I ask him consider to sell it if really got such offer.

Even RM 650k is already a fruitful offer...

Good question. Similar to when I question my fren why jst bought an Emerald BK8 for RM 950k when the value is only RM 880-940k and can get cheaper at RM 920k. He answer me he like it very much and he loves the unit number very much.

If I am the owner of Armaya 1, my answer for u is,
Why sell at RM 650k when the value and offer is already RM 700k?

Wait the RM 650k sold and I will sell at RM 728k....

Go to iproperty. check how many offer 650k. how many 620k and how many armaya 1 is 700k.

I done my homework and have bank valuation info. I even know how many subsales in armaya1 from developer staff. kekeke

nice try to push up armaya 1 to 700k.

Dear All,

Latest information, Bandar Puteri Klang going to launch 3 storeys soon with pricing 730k and above later by this year. So in my opinian armaya sub-sale going to up again. Haiz.... so no hope to buy 3 storey already. Better look for 2 storeys soon....
