I think that 670k is armaya 1 price

the launching price is 470k ....now 670k

1.4 years gap for RM200k is not bad leah

42% return for 1.4 years. Some more your club membership market price is 6k

I am aim for 750K before selling.

Armaya 2 ( 3 storey) price now is around 740K.... still long way to go for the 60% . that is...... 928K

I notices from the actual unit. Armaya 2 unit is much better ( look more grand) compare Armaya 1

But on paper layout. Armaya 1 look better than Armaya 2.

Anyone have the same feeling?

But my friend told me the price for armaya 2 is currently around 740k so I am sure that is armaya 1.

what is the market value now for armaya 1 and 2?

i property armaya 1=640K, Armaya 2 = 740k

I hear got transaction bought 750K recently. Armaya 2.

wow 850k up 45% in less than 2 years

so is armaya 2 sub-sale selling like hot cake? but we still have unsold unit of armaya 1 wo. which is cheaper.

that ms gan, previously developer sales staff can find good price buyer.

ambang botanic have many units waitng for selling. i can see only 20% poeple move in and agent said very bad subsales market.

anyone facing the same?

I just love the" family room 1" = it is like a duplex living room. double ceiling height and with galss window...

all 5 rooms with attached toilets. master bedroom is so huge.

the ground floor no need to do renovation. extended until 75fts behind your unit.

got bank valuation now at 770k ( with botanic club membership)... buyer at 560k is making almost 200k profit.

there are charging the maintenance 120 again on armaya 2.

last time i complaint kau kau...they never refund the fees for akasia 1 and akasia 2.

akasia 2 got some fitting got stolen some more!
