For Armaya or 2.5/3 storeys subsale soon to be sell above 750k. So the budget 500k, i think is quit hard to get. Actually not only BB, all the houses soon to boom again due to construction material up again...
Haiz hope u all get the house as soon as possible....
Added on March 2, 2012, 10:09 pmAs what i know, Armaya 3 is a last phase at BB and there are not much units..... So i think the price also wont below 700k.

Dear All,
Latest information, Bandar Puteri Klang going to launch 3 storeys soon with pricing 730k and above later by this year. So in my opinian armaya sub-sale going to up again. Haiz.... so no hope to buy 3 storey already. Better look for 2 storeys soon....
