Facing south one when purchase time already RM50k extra, so those facing south one will definitely cost more. Especially those with nice house numbers.... |

OMG! there are charging the maintenance 120 again on armaya 2. last time i complaint kau kau...they never refund the fees for akasia 1 and akasia 2. akasia 2 got some fitting got stolen some more!  |
