I just found that I have a yellowish screen of copy of Galaxy W.
I saw some information said that SII and some other phone also have the same problem.
Anyone face the same problem with me? and do you know what's the solution of it?

We have mentioned this before do not use the .apk to flash recovery it can kill ur phone.

Head over to XDA for details there is a modded version by our ICS Developer arco68 specially made for the SGW

Guys, the amount of apps you have will affect ur battery life in sleep mode?

When the first time i charge my phone, the phone only drains 1% For 9 hrs when in sleep mode

Now, 4-5% for 9hrs in sleep mode. Just curious.

Ya, someone reported that, I removed the BuddiesNow.apk from V4 ROM. Safe to be removed using Root Explorer as well. Maintaining a ROM is a lot of work! I actually prefer to spend more time tweaking the kernel  blush.gif

Ah, anyways, I'm downloading the new version of the ROM. Btw, your dropbox link is always disabled because there's too much traffic.

Can i have feedback from you users. What problems do you face while using this phone. Any complaints? Also how long will the battery last on using hours.

What are good accessories for this phone? What comes in the box? What are the different types of screen protector and what different effects it gives. Also are the Beats by Dr. Dre selling at RM 40 real or fake ones, it's the in ear headphone type.

No news for ICS yet?

3.7 inch screen feels great to use on hand.
Battery life is satisfying, provided if you are not using it heavily.
The box comes with a charger, a usb cable, a headphone with mic, and some manuals.

To me there are two general categories for SP, Clear and Matte.
Clear protects the screen, while the screen display remain less or unaffected, requires a lot wiping of fingerprints.
Matte protects the screen, slightly affecting the display, fingerprints free.

The original beats headphone is around RM 800 to RM 1.1k. Be the judge yourself.

Don't think it will get an ICS update, has galaxy s will probably not get it as well due to the spec's limitation.
However you can either wait for custom roms.

How does the matte affect the display? It will turn out dimmer? On the 1st page it show the SP is cost only RM 5? I heard my friend saying he paid RM 30+ for iPhone SP. How come they differ so much?

Dim a little only. I would have to say that the quality is much greater that's why you pay more.

Done testing OnDemandX for 24 hours. Consumed 20% battery in a day of light use... A little better than SmartAssV2.

SmartAssV2 - 24 hours = 100%-78% = 22% battery
OnDemandX - 24 hours = 100%-80% = 20% battery

Both these CPU governor should save battery better than default OnDemand since they both implemented the Early Suspend API, which allow the phone to be switch to power saving immediately after user press screen off, etc. The result will be more visible (compare to default OnDemand) if there are many screen on/off in the session (I think).

I am gonna include these 2 CPU governor in the next ROM / Kernel release. Will let user to chose the one they prefer. Am considering may be I should include MinMax as well.
