QUOTE(DJFoo000 @ Jan 30 2012, 04:11 PM) Authentication with GMail is done through server. That means if you change your GMail password online, you'll need to re-enter it on the phone again. No passwords are stored on the phone (IINM). Permissions are granted, and that's all. Android (or smartphones as a whole) are data-based in its very core. Setting up a Google account on the device itself involves a data connection. There will be an endless debate about security vs legitimate regaining of device. All I can say is, educate friends about playing with password protection. Added on January 30, 2012, 4:17 pmDAMN. Just found out there's currently no way to play FM radio on the Galaxy Nexus. Only way is to stream via internet. Spirit FM doesn't work. Dang... Ah, guess the whole permissions and not storage of password thing makes sense.
