I'm on AOKP build 19. I sometimes lost all my signal for like 5seconds.
Anyone experiencing the same thing? This only happens after i've installed AOKP

Did you enable Power Saving mode? This will off data when u lock ur phone.

Nightly build means you're using bleeding edge not 100% tested ROM, you don't usually want to do that for your main phone. Something might break during your normal usage. Milestone meant to be the one for regular like most of us. Usually developers will freez their development to come up with stable release, in the case of AOKP, it is called milestone releases.
*
so if i flash to the milestone build from nightly build, do i need to wipe my data again?

Guys, how do we access file that we transferred into gnex using usb?
When I connect the usb, I can see all these folder inside the internal storage of the phone. I can even transfer files back and forth between phone and comp.
The question is how do we access these folders on the phone itself

Hey guys, when I'm calling my friend a few CNY greetings SMS came in and there is notification sound (multiple times). It gets so annoying because I've set my sound volume to max and talking with my friend...

Do you guys face this problem?

Yeah happened to me once but I'm not sure that was before I use custom ROM or on stock. Haven't experience it on AOKP, yet.

I'm still on stock till now. I wonder why there is this problem instead of just a notification or vibration.

Guys wanna ask about titanium backup.. When we backup everything, the backup files will be store inside our internal SD, if we do a total wipe before flashing a new ROM, will it wipe out our backup files too? Or do we need to transfer it to our PC first?

No, it wont. But if the ROM does restructure the partition including the data partition, then it would. I did run titanium backup and after I flash the AOKP ROM, the backup are still there.

stock recovery or factory data reset on stock rom will WIPE ALL. otherwise, using clockworkmod is safe. it is designed as it should work like other phones. biggrin.gif

Wrong info. It will only wipe clean the data in hidden partition where apps are installed. The viewable partition where your download data eg games data, dictionary data, maps data, backup data from titanium, mybackuppro etc will not be deleted
I have been doing such factory reset so many times and have yet to see a clean wipeout. Everything remains intact

if restore stock or unlock/locked bootloader, then Yes. it's wiped off my /sdcard too. This is different thing from factory reset.
