I've been reading alot abt which kernel to choose.. rigth now using franco kernel, but i've seen apex with its suprisingly higher score for AN3Dbenchmark.. any suggestion? battery wise? Performance wise?

uuumm.. noob question here.. to all u sifus here,
just got this digi nexus and question about wifi and 3g/2g.
when is switch off the wifi, the 2g/3g doesnt seem to continue their data capability.. the usually blue signal indicator bars have become grey and only a hard reboot will bring them back on again..
is this wit u guys/gals?

this phone is stock standard and i dont really dare to do what u peeps do, like flashing roms and so on... lol... i'm not that pro..

but having to reboot to get data conectivity back again is kinda troublesome.. is android like this?

hi my android sifus

just want to ask a question about the gnex calander app

when i touch to go in...it opens alright but when i want to add something to the calender it requests me to sign in to my google account which i do but it keeps saying that the account is already signed onto my phone...and doesnt allow me to go in..

i dont understand this and it doesn't make sense to me @.@

can someone enlighten me? :S

since our battery is NFC related, that means it costs more than other normal batteries?
have any one tried backup battery also? any idea about the cost. I m thinking of going to LY plaza to buy battery. Also for my Hp laptop too....how much could be cost?

It's asking you to pick one account to associate your calender events to. it's intentional because some people use different account for different Google services.

If it says signed it, means you clicked on 'new account'. Should click 'existing account'.

mmm what i'm actually getting is only this:

(triangle with exclamation) No Calendars

Before you can add an event, you must add at least one Calendar account to the device and make a calendar visible. Touch "Add account" to add an account (if you just added an account, wait for it to finishy syncing and try again).
Or touch Cancel and ensure that at least one calendar is visible.

so i hit cancel, it goes back but still cant do anything...

when i hit add account

i get 2 options:
Corporate
Google

so i touch google and try to sign in with that one account that i run with my phone but it says the phone already runs with it...

Now I have this annoying bug where the phone will suddenly turn itself OFF randomly and I have to turh it back on again

is it cuz its sleeping due to inactivity? if not i think better take the warranty to get the battery checked gua :S

i'm starting to think that the default calender app on the phone is for sync to corporate and other alternative gmail calender accounts...

i can only browse calender of my primary account (the one on the phone) via the web-browser and cannot find any google calender app...

what i did find was google's doc app to add in as a shortcut app to the documents i save to my primary google account....but then again none for calender
