hey guys i cant but help worry about the heat that comes off from the back near the camera everytime i use the phone for normal stuff like browsing websites and chattin on msn/whatsapp etc...

should i send it to the service center to get it checked?

so this is a normal thing?
but i'm only just chatting and browsing on webpages looking to motivate myself to work harder by looking at new bmw cars =.="

other than that ntg else :S

it just gets kinda warm-near-worrying-hot at the back.....when i play videos it definitely gets hot really quick


i have to add tho...that when i charge it...and its idle while charging...the back feels totally cool o.o

so i went to look for cyanogenmod 7 in the market and it came out with all sorts of theme mods or something....wana ask for help as to which one is the right cyanogenmod 7 app to dl to use for the circles thing

ya mine never hanged so far..i think about 5 days oledy...only thing i did notice today is when i was in my car...on a blardy hot day...updating my fb...it just reset itself...

i think the gnex was getting hot...and my car was oso hot...sitting inside waiting for air con to cool things off for a bit...

so i'm not sure if it was the fb app or the heat....was like a furnace out there today

was playing the game gun bros for a while just now in my cool room...about 20mins...it did get pretty warm...but it chilled out in less than 10 sec after i turn off the game

i went to xda forum but as provided by benny but the stuff discusesed there seems to be veteran/experienced talk...

just went to system settings, and hit the system updates bit and it says system is up to date..

there is option in the setting that keeps the screen unlocked while charging.

mine no screen tint or visible black streats at any brightness, played around and its pretty clean or possibly i'm not looking at the right areas lol

however i still worrying about the heat =.=

i dunno...might be cuz i'm new to smartphone world but i still feel worried about the heat, but seems like almost everyone here finds it normal

i went thru the app market and i have no idea which to pick...i think most of the apps just monitor temp of the battery...but i feel my heat is not from the battery at all :S

when i go into the system update option, it shows 4.0.1 and that its the latest update.

but when i read about u guys updating to like 4.0.2 or .3 its like it makes me curious...

so are there like 2 ways to update?
1) manually
2) wait for it to update itself?

mmm...mine is yakju but at 4.0.1 via checking thru android system info app.

i didnt do any rooting whatsoever, just default as it is

just want to ask a question about the gnex calander app

when i touch to go in...it opens alright but when i want to add something to the calender it requests me to sign in to my google account which i do but it keeps saying that the account is already signed onto my phone...and doesnt allow me to go in..

i dont understand this and it doesn't make sense to me @.@

can someone enlighten me? :S

mmm what i'm actually getting is only this:

(triangle with exclamation) No Calendars

Before you can add an event, you must add at least one Calendar account to the device and make a calendar visible. Touch "Add account" to add an account (if you just added an account, wait for it to finishy syncing and try again).
Or touch Cancel and ensure that at least one calendar is visible.

so i hit cancel, it goes back but still cant do anything...

when i hit add account

i get 2 options:
Corporate
Google

so i touch google and try to sign in with that one account that i run with my phone but it says the phone already runs with it...

is it cuz its sleeping due to inactivity? if not i think better take the warranty to get the battery checked gua :S

i'm starting to think that the default calender app on the phone is for sync to corporate and other alternative gmail calender accounts...

i can only browse calender of my primary account (the one on the phone) via the web-browser and cannot find any google calender app...

what i did find was google's doc app to add in as a shortcut app to the documents i save to my primary google account....but then again none for calender
