Just question,
- based on what I read on this forum, time internet line is not stable? Will this be intermittent or permanent?
- I am about to sign up the Astro IPTV package, when I do, will the Astro channels on IPTV be affected with TIME internet broadband line?
thanks.

Every Broadband may face problems from time to time due to internal or external factors. just like we human being can not runway from problems.

Important things is how the Service provider react when problems come.

Their attitude towards customers is essential when problems poped out.

Yes Astro IPTV packages is using Time broadband services.

Thanks for your enquiry on Time.

the way you answer is like leaving everything to god. i have horrible experience with Time CS, don't expect world-class customer service/reaction time/polite answers/satisfying apologies. just treat them like they owe you money.

when you have fibre, you expect it to be faultless, perfect and just working. any problems just check your own router / ONU / cable to riser.

Thanks for highlighting your uncomfortable incidents with TIME CS. It would be great if If u can Highlighted in specific whom u experince the bad encounters with here so that Time can improve further.

In Malaysia , if u expecting fibre is faultless, i think it is to ideal as cabling of fibre may have afftected by to many unexpected external factors.

I contact TdC CS often and never had bad experience. Mostly by email and once in a while by phone. My experiences were pleasant most if the time.
