Totally down for me in tanjung bunga, penang. Woke up and found my router trying and retrying pppoe login. Rebooted equipment once. No success. Will try again.

Sometimes I miss the stability of my old 4mb streamyx line. Time Fibre has been super sweet and fast but I am noticing more downtime incidents with my connection than with streamyx adsl

same here... can't connect since 5:30am

count me in. Internet went off around that time as well. Astro seems fine though. WTF Time?

TIME have issue since yesterday 11pm until now. Me in the central region. Why no updates news from Time?

Down for me still. Too many down time. This however is not announced so I'm bit disappointed.

Yes apparently Time Fibre is down nationwide , we will try to update the root cause and when service can be resume normal asap.


It seem the root caused is certain equipment failure . Technical team is working hard to get the line up again asap. Hopefully by today

Announcement :

TIME FTTx is down since 5-6am...Issue has been reported. Affecting both KL & PG.
TIME Technical team is still working to resolve this issue. Suspecting software issue at BRAS.
Voice & Astro IPTV channels are NOT affected. Only Internet Connection is affected.
ETA in 2-4 hours time, could be longer due to software troubleshooting.

Please DO NOT alter any physical connection or software configuration on your ONU / Router.

Stay tuned & apologize for any inconvenience caused.

The Customer Service must be having super duper busy moments handling the complaints.

We are here to contribute little bit of effort to help them.

The Website is designed not so 'Easy-Update' friendly, & weekends the web guy is not working...sigh..

Everyone here please complain and demand 2 days of downtime refund if they manage to get it fix by today. I wonder if their cs will be as effective as tm..no questions asked..just direct to refund department and get your money back.
