Sound tempting , anyway the geographical factor of singapore also another factor on the low capital investment of Fibr optics installation if compare to Malaysia .

Yes I definitely understand that part of it. Which is the same reason why countries like S.Korea, HK and a couple of others enjoy neck breaking speeds from their ISP.

And then you have European countries like France, Britian and a lot more who is twice the size of Malaysia (or bigger) in square mileage but yet they too enjoy similar speeds from their ISP and some provide even faster speed for FTTH connections.

Hopefully in another 10 years or so we would reach the 100s mark while the rest of the world is getting giga speed.

SO JELLY! TIME should really consider changing the AstroIPTV speeds to at least match what Maxis is offering.

Maybe we shouldn't compare with European nations but our own ASEAN neighbours.

Thailand is selling 30M Unlimited FTTH for only RM120.
IPTV Bundle with over 90 TV channels is thrown in free.
More than 2 FTTH providers on different infrastructure cabling to choose from to pull fiber direct into your home including landed properties?

You can say last mile infrastructure in Thailand is way more advanced than SG with this pic?
It is not even the capital city but a 2nd tier city under 500k population.

2 Good News in the early year of 2014 rclxms.gif

1 ) Starting from 1/1/2014, Non-Standard Installation (NSI) Extra Cost which applies to certain buildings in both Klang Valley & Penang will be partially waived. Maximum waiver is RM500.
Eg, Building X requires NSI RM300, it will be automatically waived.
Building Y requires NSI RM1200, customer only needs to pay RM700.
* Please do not confuse this NSI Extra Cost with the in-house Non Standard Installation extra charge. Any inquiries, please PM me.

2) 1 Month Free Trial Promo is back again, starts on 20 Jan 2014 -- 30 June 2014.
Due to popular demand & special request, 1 Month Free Trial has been extended (though there are lap of 20 days, which means any application falls in this period is not entitled for this).
--This promo valid only for New FTTH & FTTO Customers only (Not applicable to platform migration customers).
--You must go for 24-Months Contract to entitle for it.
--Not valid with Easy Switch or any other promotions.

Thanks.

Hi Bro,

Time is gradually venture into Mainland area, it's gonna take some time. Some buildings are already in KIV status.

Please PM me your building name if it's high rise. For landed properties, I'm sorry at this moment it's not covered.

Thanks.
